Our
technology represents a revolutionary approach to swimming pool alarm
and safety. Its unique state-of-art technology is designed to alert
parents and caregivers of potential drowning by creating an invisible
ever present underwater passive "acoustic net" below the surface of the
water. When a child falls into the pool, the acoustic net is "broken"
immediately send distinct signal to alert parents or guardians.
How?
The
four passive sensors are linked to a command station located near the
pool, sophisticated algorithm run on DSP platform build the internal
acoustic net and make adaptation to the underwater surface in every
1msec, so the cleaning robot or the filtration system are marked inside
the net. The system accommodates to the existence of those factors and
expects only to the fall or slips of a child in order to break the net,
therefore accomplishes void from false alarm and send alarm when
immersion is done.
Performance tests
Test
Facilities; Alarm tests were conducted at many different pool sites to
determine the effectiveness of the alarm system in different
conditions. Pool size wasn't smaller than 8x4 meter. Test
Methodology; sacunda alarm system was placed and installed around the
test pools according to the user guide's instructions. The system was
tested under two conditions: Detection and False Alarm. Every round of
testing was conducted under five constraints; water pump active,
cleaning robot active, wind, rain and all four together. Test object
used was a 6 Kg doll. To
simulate worst-case conditions, the test object was pushed into the
pool at a point farthest from the sensors. The test object was pushed
from a standing, laying on the pool edge, feet in water and standing on
a stair position.
